Cancellations
If you miss, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a cancelation fee. This policy is in place out of respect for our Stylists and our clients.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for purchase, either in the salon or telephone order. We can simply post them out to you.
Payments
Please note we do not accept cash. However, we do accept all major credit cards including American Express & Apple Pay. This helps tremendously with the banking process of the salon.
We have also introduced a cash-free gratuity app, please ask your Stylist/Reception for details.
The Brazilian Blow Dry
This hair treatment 'true Keratin' is a smoothing treatment that everyone should know about, it has had much press exposure and is used by many celebrities to create that salon look. The hair is left shiny, soft, and manageable. The best thing is that it is NOT a chemical relaxer (Straightener) but rather a Keratin Treatment to condition and moisturize your hair. Keratin itself is a natural key structural component found in hair.
'True Keratin' helps control frizz and unwanted curls and waves, by changing the texture of your hair enabling you to blow dry your hair smoother yourself at home. Meaning it is easier to control and won’t frizz up in damp or humid conditions.
'True Keratin' can last anything up to 3 months and just gradually shampoos away leaving you with your natural hair once again, the 'True keratin' can be repeated as often as you like without the danger of any damage to your hair.
We recommend you use a sulphate-free shampoo, which will prolong the life of the treatment. ( As over time, sodium sulphate would remove the keratin treatment from the hair)

Prices are between £190.00 and £270.00 (Global) depending on hair density and length; we can also apply the treatment to just problem areas such as fringes and nape areas. (Partial) from £60.00
